How to Use
When should you dry brush? - Before showering, on dry skin, without oil or cream. - In the morning to stimulate circulation and boost energy, - In the evening to eliminate toxins and tension accumulated during the day. - Ideally every day, or at least three times a week. How much pressure should be applied? - Firm but comfortable; it should never be painful. You may notice slight warmth and redness—this is a sign of normal blood circulation. A 5-minute dry brushing routine using the Trévalinet Method: - Step 1: Gently stimulate the 5 main lymph nodes of your lymphatic system - Step 2: Brush and drain the legs, moving upward from the feet toward the thighs - Step 3: Move on to the abdomen, using gentle circular motions - Step 4: Finish with the arms, moving from the wrist toward the armpit. With the guide included with your body brush, you'll receive step-by-step instructions on how to follow this complete routine. Contraindications for dry brushing: - Avoid brushing if you have scars or open wounds, skin irritations, skin conditions, certain autoimmune diseases, or are undergoing intensive medical treatment. - If you are pregnant, avoid the abdominal area and consult your doctor.
