How to Use
Remove strips from the package and press them firmly onto your teeth. Use one strip for the top and one for the bottom teeth.
Fold over any excess around the teeth.
Your saliva will cause them to dissolve in a total of about 15 minutes.
Do not eat or drink while wearing—no need to rinse. Wait 30 minutes after usage before drinking and/or eating any food. Keep out of reach of children.
