Founded in 1892, the family-operated Rosebud Perfume Company is from Woodsboro, Maryland. The business began in a small drugstore across the street from what is now the “Rosebud Building.” The company thrived during the Depression and has had a huge resurgence in the last decade as it has been 'rediscovered' by families of original customers, celebrities, and makeup artists.
