How to Use
This is a Korean essence-style toner that is designed to be applied in light layers.
1) After cleansing, pour a generous amount onto a cotton pad.
2) Sweep gently over your face and neck following the direction of your skin to cleanse and tone.
3) Apply a second layer of this toner with your hands, gently patting it in to enhance absorption.
4) For serious hydration, you can apply up to 7 layers of this toner, skipping other steps like serum in your routine.
