When I took this out
"When I took this out of the packaging it wasn’t clear to me how to get the odd looking cap off and no instructions on the box for that. I then assumed the top probably needed to be punctured so I tried to do that with a couple different sharp items but it wasn’t working and then the cap broke off and some product squirt out and was wasted and that isn’t good when there is only a quarter ounce in the tube for over $50. I have been using it for a few days now and it’s working pretty good for me."
Lack of cap is innovative but initially perplexing
"Day one of using the product, but my comment is actually about the cap, or the lack of cap. When you take it out of the packaging, it appears the tube was shipped without a cap. It's confusing enough that after 10 minutes of being perplexed, I was ready to send it back. However, I went to YouTube and found a video that explained it . . . and it's actually a really smart recycling solution. The tube is fully aluminium, and you snap off the top of the area where you would normally place a plastic cap. Then you invert the snapped off piece back into the newly exposed hole to serve as the "cap. " Pretty innovative, but I would highly suggest finding a way to relay this to the customer instead of assuming they will simply figure it out on their own."
