"Let's start with the good. The deodorant applies well, and unlike most other gel-like deodorants, does not irritate my skin. I also like the compactness of the product and it travels well. I LOVE the Elixir Black scent (have for 10+ years now), which brings me to a neutral critique: The scent is VERY subtle, both smelling the deodorant itself and after application. After 5-10 minutes, you will not be able to smell it on yourself (and my wife confirmed). This can of course be a pro or con depending on how you prefer your deodorant to smell, but I wanted to share. I also noticed that it is a pure deodorant and not anti-perspirant. Of course, it doesn't claim to be, so I don't hold this against the product, but it is something to be aware of and pay attention to if it matters to you. Overall, good product, I'm only giving it four stars because of the weak smell (I prefer my deodorants to smell like their scent when close)."
